How much does it cost to ship Crab Cakes and/or She Crab Soup?
We ship all of our orders Federal Express Standard Overnight. Which means they arrive to you by 5:00 PM on the day your delivery is scheduled. Shipping and handling charges WILL INCLUDE the cost of Federal Express shipping PLUS $6 for packages of 8 Crab Cakes or less (or 2 quarts of Soup) and $10 on packages larger than 8 Crab Cakes (or 2 quarts of She Crab Soup).

How does the product get shipped fresh to my doorstep?
We package each Crab Cake in its own individual seal tight container. Then the individual Crab Cakes are packaged with "blue ice" packets in a special container that keeps your Crab Cakes fresh as they travel to you or your friends.

NOTE: Sealed "blue ice" packets will hold the crab cakes at refrigerator temperature for 48 hours in the packaging in which we ship them. We recommend you either refrigerate them or cook them immediately upon arrival. You may also choose to freeze the product if you want to cook them at a later date!

The simple answer is NO! We include Crab Cake cooking instructions with each order.

How and when can I get Crab Cakes shipped?
We ship Crab Cakes Monday through Thursday so that you are able to receive them the next business day, ensuring you receive the freshest product possible. We use Federal Express Standard Overnight shipping. We do not offer Friday shipping for Saturday delivery due to limited availability by Federal Express.

How may I pay for my Crab Cakes?
Our On-Line Store accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Our On-Line Ordering is secured using Secured Sockets Layer (128-bit encryption). What this simply means is that all sensitive information that you provide us will be transmitted safely, and you can shop with confidence that your information is secure!

Can I have any of your other products shipped to me?
We currently offer our Crab Cakes (entree sizes and minis), She Crab Soup, and our T-shirts through our Web site. However, some of our other menu items are available for "traveling” by contacting our restaurants. Please feel free to inquire by contacting one of our locations (click for information). Ask to speak with a manager and they will be happy to assist you.
